    Anyone have any suggestions on how to strengthen wrists? My wrisits were dying during this.

    Handstand holds against the wall might help Joey. But don’t worry, thrusters are uncomfortable for everyone.

    I don’t know that I would say it looked “easier”, it definitely sucked worse than I thought it would though!
