    Safe to say that midway through round three I will no longer feel my forearms and therefore this WOD will be even more fun. WOOO HOOO

    Doug, I can verify that halfway through round 3 my arms did disappear.

    Say, if someone thought it a good idea to take on the task of birthday burpees would one suggest doing it before the WOD or attempt to throw their body around after the WOD or is there a set of rules when it comes to this particular task. Much thanks.

    Yes Joey, I feel your pain. Had to do sets of ten on the kettle bell swings last couple rounds and the jump rope has never felt so heavy!! LOL Good WOD.

    Birthday burpees sounds like an excellent warmup to me, Nate. If you go at 4 I’ll even do them with you.
