Part 1: Overhead Squat 1-1-1

Go heavy, or just practice form and mobility.

Then…

20 overhead squats
40 double unders
15 overhead squats
30 double unders
10 overhead squats
20 double unders
5 overhead squats
10 double unders

Option 1: 75/55; 50 regular situps at some point during the WOD
Option 2: 45/35; 50 regular situps at some point during the WOD
Option 1+: 95/65 or more; unbroken DU; 25 GHD situps at some point during the WOD

Talk to the trainer before doing GHD situps.

Modify the double unders by doing parallette jumps.
