Then…

1 lap kb farmer’s carry, followed by:

3 pullups
5 box jumps
7 pushups

AMRAP in 3 minutes

4 rounds

Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Your score is the total REPS accomplished. The farmer’s carry does not count toward your score.

Option 1: 70/45 each arm; strict or chest to bar pullups (or both)
Option 2: 55/35 each arm; regular pullups
Option 3: 35/25 each arm; jumping pullups

Running is not allowed on the farmer’s carry.
