KB or DB Shoulder to Overhead 5/10/15/20/25/30
Knees to Elbows 5/10/15/20/25/end

AMRAP in 15 minutes. Cap of 5+120.

Choose a light to moderate weight for the kettlebells or dumbbells. It’s both arms at the same time, just like with a barbell.
