Part 1: Clean 1-1-1

Full or power.

Part 2: EMOM, for 5 minutes

3 position clean (high hang > hang > floor) + 2 front squats

Light or heavy, focus on technique.

Then…

9 squat cleans
15 toes to bar

4 rounds

Option 1: 135/95
Option 2: 95/65
Option 1+: 155/105 or more

Modify the cleans by doing a power clean followed by a front squat, or just doing a power clean.

Modify the toes to bar by doing hanging knee raises.
