Partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed.

If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

9 back squats (155/105)

Begin and end with 3 laps KB farmer’s carry (55/35)

3 strict pullups every time you drop the KB except at the end of the 3 laps. Do the pullups after each farmer’s carry.
