Choose a moderate to heavy weight, with the focus on good form for all reps. Note the combined (bench + dead) weight with your score.

Do this in heats so that everyone has a spotter.

Double Unders 10/20/30/40/50/60/70

AMRAP in 8 minutes. Cap of 7 rounds.
