Option 1: 135/95
Option 2: 95/65
Option 1+: 155/105 or more
Do in heats or stagger start so everyone can squat from the rack. Be sure to warm up for the squats.
Modify by reducing to 1000m row/20 back squats/30 burpees, or, if you’re insane, by increasing to 2000m/40 squats/60 burpees.
