In 4 minutes, perform:

20 lateral jumps over the rower (total)
AMRAP pushups

Rest 4 minutes

In 5 minutes, perform:

500m/450m row
20 lateral jumps over the rower (total)
40 Russian twists (20/14) (total)
AMRAP pushups

Your score is the total pushups completed.

Option 2: box pushups
Option 1+: handstand pushups; heavy wallball

You should get some pushups every round. Accordingly, modify by reducing the reps to 10 lateral jumps and 20 Russian twists, and/or by reducing the length of the row.
