		<description>I have a better idea. Instead of me doing all those burbees, if you raise the $1500.00 I wont put burbees into the workouts for 1 month. This way we all benefit.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not usually one to make any goals public; however, after the most recent beating I received by something as simple as a rope, today I go public.  Next week (starting Monday, May 17th), I&#039;m going to do DOUBLE UNDERS.  I&#039;m not going to work on doing them interspersed with singles, OH NO, I&#039;m going to work on doing JUST DOUBLE UNDERS.  Next week I&#039;m going to do...(drum roll please)...1000 DOUBLE UNDERS.  Starting first thing Monday morning, I will begin working towards achieving my goal.  It won&#039;t be easy.  I&#039;m pretty sure it won&#039;t be attractive or graceful.  I&#039;m REALLY sure any work I do on this at home will have to be away from the children so they don&#039;t hear daddy say bad words, but work on this I will.  When I see you at the gym or anywhere else, I ask you as my fellow cross-fitter&#039;s, friends and warriors to help hold me to this goal. Thanks.</description>
