What to Expect
First we’ll give you a tour of our facilities. Then we’ll sit down and answer any questions you might have about the services we offer, how our programs work, and what it’s like to train at Black Hills CrossFit. Common questions that arise are:
Do I need to have prior CrossFit experience?
Do I need to be “in shape” before I start?
What if I can’t do something in a workout?
Do I have to start eating kale?
Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll discuss the best way for you to achieve your fitness goals.
