Goal is bodyweight squats.  It should be moderately heavy.  No more than 2-3 sets, at most. 

 

WOD

Every 5:00, for 4 rounds:

15 toes to bar

20 KB swings

Max meters row in remaining time

 

No rest between rounds (though you may rest some if desired).  Rounds begin at 0:00 > 5:00 > 10:00 > 15:00.

 

Your score is the total meters rowed.

 

Choose your own KB weight (heaviest possible unbroken).
