Open Gym 9am-11am

 

Traditionally we have done Bradley on Labor Day:

 

10 rounds:

½ lap

10 pullups

½ lap

10 burpees

30 seconds rest

 

Half-laps are a little different at the new gym, but as long as you complete one full lap each round it’s the same.  It’s just more like 1/3 lap and 2/3 lap.  You’ll have to alternate doors that you go out – garage door to back door, and back door to garage door.
