Hamstring Rack Stretch :30/Side

Banded Shoulder Distraction :30/Side

 

Skill/Strength

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

 

Practice the technique.  This should only be done with light-moderate weight.  Focus on full extension of hips before pulling with arms.
