Warmup

Mobility

10 downward dog toe taps

10 wall leaning calf raises

 

Skill/Strength

For time:

75 single unders

25/20 cals (bike/row/ski)

75 single unders

 

6 minute time cap

 

Then, spend a few minutes practicing double unders

 

WOD

AMRAP 30 or 10 rounds:

25 double unders

15/12 cal row or bike

10 wallballs

 

Rest 1 minute after each round
