Mobility

Wall hinge stretch :30

 

WOD

In 6 minutes:

1 lap KB farmer carry (2 KBs)

AMRAP bike/ski/row/burpees in remaining time

 

4 rounds.  Rest 3 minutes between rounds. 

 

One round for each AMRAP movement, which can be done in any order.  Coordinate so everyone has access to the ski erg.

 

Heaviest possible but ideally unbroken on the farmer carry.
