Mobility

Wall Hinge Stretch :45

Thread the Needle :30/Side

 

Skill/Strength

Bench Press 4-5x5 at 87.5% of 5 rep max

 

Four or five sets of five.  Reduce to three sets if necessary.

 

Then, spend a few minutes warming up deadlifts for the WOD.
