EMOM 40:

Minute 1:  1 lap or 150m row

Minute 2:  30 double unders

Minute 3:  15 situps

Minute 4:  10 burpees

Minute 5:  rest

 

Repeat for 8 total cycles.  The burpees in the 8th round are uncapped.  Your score on this WOD is the number of burpees you get in that last round.
