Back squat from the rack.

 

F:  light barbell or KB goblet squat; box pushups

P1:  135/95

P1.5:  115/75

P2:  95/65

C:  155/105; 3 strict HSPU, 6 regular HSPU

C+:  185/125; 5 strict HSPU, 10 regular HSPU

 

Combine options as desired.  Choose a back squat weight that will be challenging but require no more than 2 sets per round.
