Warm Up
Mobility: Downward Facing Dog 1:30
Ab Mat tag (2rounds, max 5min/round)
Each person starts by holding the ab mat above their head with one hand. On 3-2-1 GO you attempt to knock off someone else’s ab mat. If your ab mat gets knocked off you must complete the following:
3 Burprees
2 Push-Up
1 Air Squat
Once you complete these movements you can return to the game. If these movements are not complete by the time there is only one person left the game is over.
The winner gets all the GLORY and bragging rights!
